MEET SHAREIA OLIVER

Hi! My is Shareia pronounced “Sha-Ree-uh” and I’m a Registered Vinyasa, Hatha, and Trauma-Informed yoga teacher; and wellness coach based out of Northern Virginia. Since 2015, I’ve tapped into the world of yoga, and I’ve found it to be one of the tools to my self care regimen that has helped me get through past sexual and emotional trauma. I've been blessed to learn from wise and inspiring individuals and being able to share those lessons and experiences with my students fills me with joy. Everyone could use more yoga in their lives, so I hope to see you on the mat soon.

I sought Shareia out for her kind spirit and extensive knowledge of Yoga. I was also experiencing lower back and sciatica pain. Shareia provided a very gentle but challenging practice tailored to meet my needs. After only 4 weekly sessions I felt more flexible and experienced less pain from my pre-existing injuries. I look forward to continuing!

As a cancer survivor I wanted to do more to take care of my temple. Shareia created a plan to suit my needs. She was patient, encouraging, and available when I had "off" days. I now love working out so much that she had to stress to me to REST on my rest days. Not only did she help me change my lifestyle (and like it), she helped me to shift into a more positive mindset.

The Healing Circle was awesome! The peace, the sharing of thoughts and ideas, and the gentleness in the practice was such an experience. What a great way to do real healing with yoga! There so much more in this way of practicing.
